That’s what I’ll have to be over the coming 4 days, strong like iron. Well my willpower will need to be anyway.
My wife and some friends and I are heading to Stradbroke Island for a nice relaxing long weekend. We’ll squeeze in a bit of diving, some beach time and I daresay, a little bit of socialising. I’ve got to be careful I don’t fall off the wagon so hard that I break something but at the same time I am going to enjoy myself.
- Thurs am – hit the gym early for dynamic upper body session.
- Friday am – short interval session, tabata style (20 sec on, 10 sec off x 8, x 5 different exercises) Surprisingly effective workout even if just using body weight exercises which I’ll be doing.
- Sat – Rest,
- Sun – Rest day but will undoubtably have some swimming, beach cricket perhaps, and I’d like to do some stretching.
- Late nights
- Sleep in’s
- Too much food
